All items are personalised and made to order - please take into consideration our turnaround timeframe before placing an order. 

Current Processing Times: 7 WORKING DAYS  to be processed before dispatch.

Shipping Locations: Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Wales, Scotland, United States, Australia & Spain.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where applicable.

All orders are sent with An Post. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak trading periods, delivery may take longer than usual. Current timeframe info available at checkout.

We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. So Sweet Boutique Ltd will not be held liable for any delays incurred by postal couriers as this is unfortunately out of our control.  

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived, we recommend checking the tracking information directly with An Post, confirming with neighbours or your local delivery office, and checking for any delivery notification slips. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
