Shipping policy

Based in North County Dublin. All orders are delivered by An Post within Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland by Standard & Tracked Postage Options.

Current Processing Times: 7 WORKING DAYS prior to dispatch on all orders. 

Postage Times: An Post delivers 90% of our parcels within 1-2 working days once dispatched but as this is not always the case. We ask to order birthday & occasional items atleast 2 weeks in advance.

Once your parcel has been fulfilled you will be provided with tracking details for your parcel by email if you have chosen this method of postage.

Deliveries are only made on working days, no deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays by An Post. 

We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. So Sweet Boutique Ltd will not be held liable for any delays incurred by An Post as this is unfortunately out of our control.
