Refund policy

Personalised Items — No Returns or Exchanges We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised items. If the information you have provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for this error. Please carefully check all information and spelling upon purchasing.

Please note that our standard turnaround time is 5–7 working days prior to dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 working days depending on the postal service and location.

If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this can be accommodated. Unfortunately, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered for orders placed without allowing sufficient processing and delivery time. In the event that your items are delayed due to postage, we will not be held liable for this delay. 

Returns for Non-Personalised Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us at hello@sosweetboutiqueltd.ie. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 181 Lambeecher, Balbriggan, Co Dublin.

If your return is accepted, you must cover the cost of this return. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and name. We will happily resolve this issue by replacement or refund.
